You can now buy a book of 5 prepaid/undated sessions where you buy 5 sessions in advance of booking them. It is hoped that this system can support parents who need to use more than the occasional session each term but do not require a regular booking. 

This is a set of sessions that allows you to prepay for a session either Breakfast club or one hour of After School Club at a lower rate to the ADHOC bookings but without having to commit to a regular day or date. This option is not available for sessions at 1 o’clock club. 

Parents can purchase 5 sessions( 1 whole breakfast club(from 7:30) or 1hour of After School club)  in a block for £30 in total(5 sessions at the prebooked rate). Sessions need to be pre-paid in one block and have to be used within the half term or date period stated when purchased. Sessions can be used together i.e 2 used for one evening of After School club or separately over the half term.

More than one set of pre-paid/undated can be purchased in the half-term although parents may be encouraged to start a pre-booking agreement if regular weekly use is required. 

Sessions require notice of usage - 

Breakfast club - Up to 6pm the day before the required date.

After School club - Up to 3:30pm on the date required.
